Returns and Exchange 

Its important to all of us here at Pemba Boutique that you really love your purchase! If you buy a product that you are unhappy with, doesn't fit or doesn't suit you the way you had hoped, we are happy to offer you a credit note, an exchange or a complete refund of the cost of your item.

Before you proceed with your return you must firstly download the returns form fill it in and send back to use with the item that you wish to return.

We recommend that you return all items with a traceable delivery method so you are covered in case the returned item is lost in the post or damaged during transit. Pemba Boutique will not be held responsible for damaged or lost return items. Please note we do not cover the postage charge for returned items.

Colour and Display

While we do our best to accurately display the colour of our items online please be aware that the colour shown on your monitor may not be an exact replica of the item that you receive. Many monitors display colours and shades differently so we can not guarantee that your monitor will display the item identically.

Returns With in Australia

Once we have received your returned item and returns form we will inspect the item(s) and issue a refund, credit note or exchange accordingly.

If you have asked for a refund we will return the money to you within 7 days. If you have paid via paypal your payment will be refunded to your paypal account, if you have paid via credit card it will be returned to the card used.

If you have requested a credit note you will be emailed your credit note CODE, your credit note will be valid for 12 months and can be used on all items.

If you wish to exchange an item we will happily do so, however due to the extremly fast turnover of our stock we can not guarantee that we will have a different size in stock of the same item.

Faulty Items

Whilst we inspect each item that we send out to our customers to maintain a high level of quality in our products, should you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, we will happily refund you in full or exchange the item.

International Returns

We offer an extended 21 days for all international returns. Our policy is the same as it is with all our orders with in Australia however we are unable to offer a refund on postage, unless the item is faulty.

Condition of returned Goods:

  • Item must be returned with in 14 days (21 days for international orders)
  • Any items returned after 14 days (21 days on international orders) will not be accepted.
  • If an item was purchased using a discount code only you will only be refunded the amount paid for the garment.
  • We do not accept refunds for sale items.
  • The item must be returned in good condition (unless deemed to be faulty)
